1-create a presentation :

   File>new>blank presentation 

2-Change the theme of presentation to organic theme :

    Design >Organic theme 

3-include 4 slides to ur presentation :

     Home>new slide>choose appropriate

4-hide the background graphic:

     Design>format background>check hide background graphic 

5-add art graphic to ur presentation :

       Insert > smart art 

6-add shape to ur presentation :

       Animation> add shape transition 

7-add picture to ur presentation :

       Insert > picture 

8-set up slide show :

       Slide show > set up slide show 

9-preview ur presentation in gray scale , select a printer, and print it:

        File> print> change color to gray> choose printer> press print
